This workshop will help you connect with your body and mind and tap into the awesome power of your voice. Using mindfulness with singing can reduce anxiety, relieve stress, relax your body and mind, allowing to express yourself more freely. It will also help you access and control areas of your voice and
body in ways you may not have previously been able to.
This workshop is for the novice, for the experienced, for the anxious, the stressed, the shower singer, the non singer, the wannabe singer, the terrified, the confident and all the rest of you.
With exercises to calm the mind and control our bodies, we will sing songs together to uplift ourselves, to strengthen our minds and hearts and reconnect with ourselves.
